No Cancellation After Order Confirmation

For claims involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The unboxing video must begin before the sealed package is opened and clearly show the package, shipping label, complete unboxing process, product received, and the issue being claimed.
Claims requiring an unboxing video may not be accepted if a complete and valid unboxing video is not provided.
Eligible return or refund requests must also be raised within the applicable period specified in our Refund & Return Policy.
Exchanges
Where exchanges are offered, they will be governed by our Exchange Policy and are subject to the eligibility conditions stated in that policy.
